Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of the United States. Employees of the giveaway sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided on the giveaway post or website. Entries must be submitted before the giveaway closing date and time.
3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Prize: The prize is a $50 gift card to Topgolf, as well as two paid hours with club upgrades. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
5. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow the sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Release: By participating in the giveaway, participants release the sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize or the giveaway.
8. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the state where the sponsor is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
